Poetry Thursday: Summer Break

The Summer comes,
and the more work it brings.

I'm sweaty now
weeding 'round plants from Spring.

Husband home on summer break,
stay-at-home mom and author,
no break do I dare take.

~Saoirse
PS-- I apologize for meter and rhyme and all that good stuff. Said I'd post. Meant it. ;-) Sorry to make you suffer ;-)

Hello there, how are you? I'm well. Making my way through Wednesday. My JOB is to read blogs online. And i enjoyed yours!! I wish i was in NYC. I heart NY. (I'M in Toronto).

I came across your profile while doing online research on behalf of DODGE. Here is what we're doing. At the risk of sounding spam-ish, and i promise, it's NOT...HERE goes nothin'...

I work for Matchstick, a marketing agency working on behalf of Dodge on an exclusive marketing campaign to launch the all-new Dodge Grand Caravan. We’re selecting 50 social and influential moms in the NYC area to receive a week-long test drive of the all-new 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan! All that we ask in return is your feedback about your experience. It true! No strings attached. Truly! We just want to hear what you think about it, and if you LOVE it, spread the love (or the word) to your friends, family, co-workers.... everyone!!!

Thanks for the comment on my Sunday Scribblings post! I wasn't sure on which of your blogs I should reply, but I figured this one was as good as any! That vision is my optimism and wild wild imagination on the go again... :)
